Favorite Phi Mu Memory: My favorite memory has to be Bid Day 2024. As the past Provisional Membership Director, I helped plan the fun day and, most importantly, welcomed our amazing new members into our sisterhood. It was so rewarding to see our hard work come together and witness their excitement as they ran from the buses to our lawn. There is nothing quite like running home to something so special. I am counting down the days until we welcome even more Phi Mu sisters this August.

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: While I have so many memories from Phi Mu that I cherish more than anything (big/little both years, living in-house with my roommate, and Bid Day), my favorite Phi Mu memory would be every time I sit at the circle table in our living room! My best friends in the world can always be found here. Whether we are laughing over a silly joke, planning a cycling class for the next morning, or convincing each other to go on coffee runs together, I am always smiling here. The circle table is my favorite place in the whole world, and I am so thankful for every time I have spent way too much time there instead doing homework!

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: This chapter has given me the most unforgettable experiences with the most unforgettable people. Yet one memory stands out, and that was being able to travel to Greece and Italy with some of my closest friends in the chapter, including my big. Whether it be getting stranded in Positano after missing our bus to Solerno or trekking over a mile uphill to get to our house, that trip brought so many hilarious memories that I would not have wanted to create with anyone else. I’m so lucky that Phi Mu has brought me people I can laugh, cry, and grow with, both here at UF and halfway across the world!

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: There are too many moments to share that continue to solidify my love for Phi Mu, but my favorite memory and my “Why Phi Mu” was the day I met my big, Lily. I have always wanted to find a big sister who would always be there for me, since I am an older sister and my younger sisters were at home. Sitting at a lunch table, working up the courage to speak to strangers, my (future) big introduced herself to me across the table. We spent the rest of lunch yelling over everyone as we chatted about our niche interests and our passions. From that moment on, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm swept over me. I felt as if I had found my place where I could be unapologetically myself and Phi Mu became a home. It is not every day a random stranger changes the trajectory of your life, but it happened to me when I met Lily.

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: It’s hard to choose just one memory that captures my love for this chapter, because it's rare to find a place where you can fully be yourself and feel even more loved for it. However, big/little will always stand out. My big has been a constant source of love, support, and guidance, and I am forever grateful for her. Her love – and the love of this chapter – has taught me to better love others and myself. Phi Mu has helped me become a more confident woman, and I can’t wait to see new members grow in their own journey!

Major: English
Dream Job: Lawyer
Favorite Music Artist: SZA
Favorite Phi Mu Memory: During big/little reveal, I was lucky enough to gain an amazing big Julia and an unexpected blessing, my twin, Georgia. Georgia is the most intentional, supportive, and kind friend. From surprising me for my birthday this summer with our sorority family to sending “good luck” texts before due dates, she always makes me feel seen and loved. When I joined Phi Mu, I knew I would make lifelong friendships, but my friendship with Georgia has solidified my belief in the love, honor, and truth that makes Phi Mu’s sisterhood so special. I can’t wait to serve our chapter together.

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: My new member retreat is my favorite memory! This is where I first met Neenah and Madeline, who have now become some of my best friends. I remember sitting next to Avery during our painting class. She immediately made me feel so welcomed as a new member, talking with me as if we'd been friends for years. Looking back, I realize how much this experience shaped my journey in Phi Mu, as it brought me closer to my best friends. I am so grateful to share this sisterhood with such amazing people and now serve our chapter by their side!

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: It’s almost impossible to choose a favorite memory, but the first that comes to mind was during my first year as a recruiter. As a sister who had gone through spring recruitment, fall recruitment was the BEST time for me to get to know everyone! On the third day of Love Week, everyone sang karaoke on the floor of the house in pajamas. We were exhausted, but this silly memory highlights the joy that this chapter has brought into my life regardless of the stress school/life may bring!! I’m so grateful to now serve this chapter alongside a wonderful team of inspirational women!

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: Phi Mu has given me so many beautiful memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. So for me, my most notable memories are not the big events, but the little everyday moments we all share. Whether it’s just sitting and yapping in the rocking chairs on the front porch on a random Tuesday afternoon, being surprised by friends after studying all day, or even an impromptu sweet treat run with my roommate and spending the night laughing until my cheeks hurt, these are the moments I look forward to. It’s in the culmination of these sweet, ordinary moments when I am reminded not only how lucky I am but also how remarkable our sisterhood is; a constant love and support unlike anything else. I’m forever grateful to Phi Mu for making my days so much brighter and giving me the friends and memories that will last a lifetime.

Favorite Phi Mu Memory: As cliché as it might sound, I truly believe that our sisters are what make the Phi Mu house (and the UF campus) feel like home. While the big events like big/little reveals, recruitment, and sisterhood trips create unforgettable memories, it’s the small, everyday moments that mean the most to me. Whether it’s running into a sister in the library, catching up over lunch, or sharing a random conversation as I walk through the door, those simple interactions are my favorite—and they’re what make being a part of Phi Mu so special!
