Our Philanthropy
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has been Phi Mu’s national philanthropic partner since 1986. Children's Miracle Network Hospitals raises funds for 170 children's hospitals across the U.S. and Canada, helping make sure every child receives the best possible care. We let our member hospitals decide how to use these funds, ensuring the most urgent needs are met. Below represents the various ways Alpha Nu raises funds and awareness for CMNH!
Mu Madness
Mu Madness is a one-day basketball tournament with two brackets that raises money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
Waffles for Wishes
Milkshakes for Mariel began in 2022 in honor of our sister, Mariel White, who passed away in December 2021. The event raises money for the Mariel White Sisterhood Scholarship, awarded annually to a sister in the Alpha Nu Chapter of Phi Mu. Sisters serve milkshakes and other desserts from our beautiful home to the community. All proceeds directly fund the scholarship. This fun event is the perfect way to honor Mariel's legacy and help a sister in our chapter.
